Obamacare Unconstitutional

Yesterday I read page 52 of the Senate Version of ObamaCare. There is a provision on this page which states that the federal government will be able to access your personal bank account to remove funds. Please note that this is Unconstitutional under the Eminent Domain provisions of the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution. If Harry Reid and Obama do not know this, shame on them. They need to visit the Stetson University Law Library in St. Petersburg, Florida.
